Overview
Queendom ("the App") is a puzzle game developed by Cambay Studio. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Data We Collect
Game Data (stored locally on your device)
- Player profile (username, avatar)
- Game progress and statistics
- Saved game state
- User preferences (theme, sound settings)
This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Purchase and Subscription Data
When you make a purchase or subscribe to the Pro Pass in the App, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. To manage your purchases and subscription status, we use RevenueCat. The data processed includes:
- Transaction history and purchase status (e.g., date of purchase, expiration date)
- Anonymous purchase tokens and receipt identifiers
- Device identifiers and platform type

Advertising Data
We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect:
- Device identifiers (advertising ID)
- IP address (for approximate location/ad relevance)
- App usage data (ad interactions)

iOS App Tracking
On iOS, we request permission via App Tracking Transparency before collecting any tracking data for personalized ads. If you decline, ads will still be shown but will not be personalized.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Location data
- Contacts or photos
- Payment card or billing information (e.g., credit card number, expiration, billing address - these are handled directly and securely by the App Store or Google Play Store)

Children's Privacy
Queendom is a family-friendly puzzle game. We set ad content rating to "G" (General audiences). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data Retention
All game data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all data.
Your Rights
- You can reset all game data by clearing app storage
- You can delete all data by uninstalling the App
- You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings
- On iOS, you can deny tracking via App Tracking Transparency prompt
- EU users can manage consent via the in-app consent form
- You may request data deletion by contacting us
