Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Queendom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Queendom is a free-to-play puzzle game available on Android and iOS. The App includes optional advertisements that players can choose to watch for in-game rewards, and offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions to unlock premium features.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to manipulate game data, scores, or ad interactions
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or republish the App or its content

In-App Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Watching rewarded ads is optional and grants in-game benefits (hints, extra lives, level skips). Ad availability and content are managed by third-party ad networks.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Virtual Items and Features

The App offers the option to purchase virtual items (such as the lifetime "Focus Mode" pass) or auto-renewing subscriptions (such as the monthly or annual "Pro Pass"). These purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use those features within the App. Virtual items and features have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.

Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a subscription (e.g., the Pro Pass), you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Billing and transaction processing are handled entirely by the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Free Trials

We may offer subscriptions with a free trial period (e.g., 3 days). If you sign up for a free trial, you will be automatically billed the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the subscription features until then. No partial refunds are provided for active billing periods.

Refunds

All transactions, billing, and refunds are managed solely by Apple or Google depending on the platform you used. We cannot directly issue refunds. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so through the refund request mechanisms provided by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).

Intellectual Property

All content in the App - including puzzles, artwork, icons, sounds, and code - is the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Game Progress

Game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or other circumstances. There is no cloud backup or account system.

While game progress is stored locally, any active in-app purchases or subscriptions can be restored on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" button in the App's settings, provided you are logged into the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.

Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or store listing.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
